Association
dues are $500 per company for the primary location with up to
three members/individuals at that location. Association dues are $100
for each secondary location also with up to three members/individuals
at secondary locations. Additional members are welcomed at primary and
secondary locations for added dues of $50 each. Payments are due by
January 1 of each year. If you want a link from the AFOA' s web site (from the
members detail page where you see your address, phone numbers etc.)
to your company's web site, add $50.
Dues maybe
paid in check or money order.
